For recruiters & staffing agencies

A contract posting here goes further

RoadNurses is built for one audience: nurses and allied health clinicians who travel for work. Every posting is built to be read three ways: by the clinicians scanning it, by Google’s job index, and by the AI assistants people now ask about contracts. Every claim below is something you can check yourself.

In plain terms

The posting is machine-readable, all the way down

Most boards publish your ad as a wall of text and let the search engines guess. Here, the posting form’s own fields publish as Google-for-Jobs structured data, every property below, on every posting:

Pay range (true min–max)Per diem / stipend + its termsExpected hours & scheduleOccupation code (BLS SOC)Required certificationsSpecialty & skillsExperience levelStart dateOpeningsYour agency name

Check it, don’t take our word: open any posting on the board, paste its address into Google’s Rich Results Test, and count the properties.

Pay and stipend are data here, not a sentence in the ad

The stipend is the number a traveler decides on, and on most boards it lives buried in a paragraph where no machine can read it. Here it is a field: shown on every job card, published in the posting’s structured data, and visible to the clinician before they open the ad.

Applications arrive structured

Clinicians apply with their RoadNurses resume: discipline, specialty, level, licenses, certifications and contract history, in one format. Every application carries a match score against your posting’s specialty and requirements, straight to your inbox, and their contact details are released to you the moment they apply.

Where your posting goes the minute you publish

The board

Live on the contract board immediately, no review queue, plus a shareable agency view that gathers every opening you have behind one link.

Google’s job index

Every posting carries the full JobPosting markup Google’s job experience requires, on a page built to be indexed.

Built for one audience

No warehouse jobs, no office admin listings. A clinician who lands here is a traveler looking for a contract, and your posting is not competing with noise.

Structured applicants

Specialty, level, certs and contract history on every application, with a match score, so screening starts before the first call.

Your client’s facility stays confidential

Postings name the city and state, never a street address. Which facility is hiring is your client’s business and yours; keeping it that way is a standing policy here, not a checkbox you can get wrong.

FAQ

Posting questions

What does a contract posting include?

Every posting publishes as structured data: the pay, the per diem or stipend with its terms, expected hours and shift schedule, the occupation code, required certifications and skills, experience level, start date, number of openings, and your agency name. Google and AI assistants read all of it as data, not prose.

Do I have to write anything in a special format?

No. You fill in normal posting fields - rate, stipend, hours, schedule, specialty, certs - and the structure is generated for you. The ad text stays yours.

Can competitors see which facility my client is?

Postings carry the city and state only, never a street address. That is a standing policy, not an option to misconfigure. Name the facility in the ad text only if you want to.

How fast does a posting go live?

Immediately. It publishes to the board and to your agency’s shareable view the moment you post. There is no review queue.

What does it cost?

There is no charge to post a contract on RoadNurses today.
